Ground combat was primarily by the ad-hoc New Zealand Corps, consisting of Eighth Army units under Fifth Army control.
I am including other divisions here to reflect changes in army group structure before the beginning of Operation Diadem, which includes the Fourth Battle of Cassino, fought by the Polish Corps.
