- The 1946 Navy Dept. list of WWII dead for Iowa lists Peter Hall w/ next of kin cousin Juanita Hall living in Glenwood, Mills Co.
- I cannot find any trace of Juanita Hall in Glenwood. The most-likely candidate for Peter Hall is the following:

- Attack Transport USS Alhena (AKA-9); d. 10 Nov 1944 Seeadler Harbor, Manus Is., Admiralty Is.; explosion of Ammunition Ship USS Mount Hood (AE-11); 372 died, including three Alhena crew members.
- The Pott. Co. Roll of Honor lists Robert L. Wilkinson.
- I can't locate this individual either in military or other records. I can locate his family in a few city directories and newspaper articles.

- No known Pott. area connection. Iowa Bonus Case Files for Beneficiaries database erroneously gave birthplace as Earling, Shelby Co. rather than Early, Sac Co.
- b. 7 Jan 1921 Greenbrier, Faulkner Co., AR; entered US Army Air Force 27 May 1943 from Rt. 3, Greenbrier; d. 19 Jul 1944 Saarbrücken, Germany.
- Never lived in Iowa. Only known Pott. area connection is appearance in Iowa Bonus Case Files for Beneficiaries database. Widow filed a bonus claim when she lived in Audubon in 1950, which she later withdrew.
